 Established in 2001, we quickly grew with local hotels and resorts. Recognizing the need nationally, we expanded through opportunities with very large and established properties i.e. Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Radisson, etc. We are now recognized by the hotel industry as one of the top providers of bathtub safety and appearance solutions.
About the Safe Step Team:
All of our team is professionally trained in house; we use no sub-contractors. Our employees are not only trained on how the Safe Step process is applied but also how to work in the hospitality environment (i.e. how to talk and deal with staff and guests). All of our contracts include travel expenses. We fly our crews coast to coast to maximize the productivity & efficiency, which enables us to respond to hotels needs with short lead times and without lengthy drawn out projects.
